Christopher Hodgson
Christopher Hodgson is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and formed The Junior Sports Programme with his business partners in 2002. Now retired from general practice as a Chartered Surveyor, he is involved in administration of the Junior Sports Programme Trust and development of new sports initiatives to help encourage young people to engage in outdoor activities.

Marie Gutteridge
Marie Gutteridge, BSc. MRICS joined the Junior Sports Programme as a Trustee over 7 years ago during her time as a Senior Surveyor and more latterly as Partner at Hodgson Elkington. During this time, Marie has assisted alongside Christopher Hodgson and Mike Aspinall, to formulate and deliver new initiatives for the programme, e.g. archery competitions, cricket ball throwing competitions. She has been responsible for the co-ordination of sponsorship requests and contact information for schools, clubs and individuals.

Michael Aspinall
Michael Aspinall has worked in sports development for over 25 and joined the Junior Sports Programme Team in 2005. He was instrumental in introducing Lincolnshire pop lacrosse, tutoring teachers’ training courses, running school sessions and officiating in tournaments.Michael acts as Junior Sports Coordinator for the programme dealing with new applicants, equipment management and award presentations.
