Individual Sponsorship, RowingThe Junior Sports Programme will be sponsoring rowing champion Andrew Haigh again in 2005. Clubbing together with other local businesses, the programme has helped to equip Andrew with a Luinguin Single Scull which will be used to compete in the Great Britain Sculling Trials at Boston on 23rd October.

FishingOld and second-hand fishing tackle is being sought by the promoters of ‘Get Hooked on Fishing’ in Lincoln. A charity auction will take place at Thos Mawer & Son on 1 September where donated fishing tackle will be sold to raise money to train coaches and buy essential equipment for the scheme.
